I’m a research and development software engineer in the QAT Team at Inria Paris and the Computer Science department of École Normale Supérieure. I have an MSc in theoretical physics from the Australian National University, and experience across technology and government sectors, specialising in foreign affairs, nuclear non-proliferation and safeguards.
I currently work on the development of Graphix, an open-source Python library for measurement-based quantum computation. Outside of work, I am co-leading a project simulating compute permit markets for frontier AI.
